Cancellation
Re-selling rooms at the last minute can be difficult for a small hotel like ours, so should you need to cancel or curtail for any reason, our cancellation policy requires you to give us at least 48 HOURS NOTICE in order to avoid cancellation fees of the full cost of the room booking.
Parking
Our car park has space for one car per room. Additional parking is available further up the hill on a residential road, on the road in front of the hotel (subject to restrictions) or in one of 2 nearby pay and display car parks.
Smoking
We are a non–smoking property but have an outside terrace where it is possible to smoke. We don’t want to charge you for lost letting nights so please don’t be tempted to smoke indoors.
Pets
We have several rooms that are dog-friendly (1 per room) and are happy to welcome pets with advance notice (£10 per night supplement). Please check a pet friendly room is available. In consideration of other guests and to meet all health and hygiene regulations, pets are not permitted in the restaurant or bar area.
Damage
Accidents happen! So please report any incidents to us as they occur. We would not normally charge for minor breakages but may have to levy charges for repair or replacement of an item(s) or any significant damage which may render the room unavailable for a subsequent guest.
